lainsafecli packages (also lainsafe probably) #7

I've already uploaded lainsafe.deb to my repo. And it's available to download in dpkg-based distros. I want to request someone to make a rpm file. (And test it, If you can not use alien, it would be okay).

Also lainsafe packages:

Maybe the web program should be also packaged, and put it in some dir /usr/share/lainsafe for example.

Instruction for debian based distros were added to README.MD in 5cf19efe6b9e033077ceeb82b84595597313282d

Still needing rpm packages for Fedora and distros no one has ever heard of.

AUR package will be not easy to do because pacman is stupid:

Basically, pacman installs the dependencies but does not put them in @INC,

we tried cp -r the dirs but that didn't work

Here is a rpm lainsafecli package. I'm not sure if it will work because i do not use fedora. https://lainsafe.delegao.moe/files/OufEpGdx.rpm
