<link> attributes #210

The <link> attribute in an RFC to the previous I-D is specified as "convertedFrom" but xml2rfc uses "prev".

Web links define "prev" for a similar purpose, but these are not web links, viz. all the other attributes to <link>

Proposal: leave the spec alone, change the name that xml2rfc uses

Again, reusing prev seems to make more sense for 1) making it easy for authors to intuitively do the right thing and 2) not change already published RFCs.
