Issue: (Syntax error: "(" unexpected)

I know this isn't quite where issues are supposed to go but I can't seem to access the issues section so I will post this here. Can you copy&paste here the results of these three commands:

uname -a
file networktablet
md5sum networktablet

Also try to execute the command inside a rootshell doing:

sudo su
./networktablet

Does that work?
