Would it be a good idea to start some initial discussion around incorporating SHA-3 (Keccak) Option into Crypto-Conditions? Perhaps a just small section

Tracking your dialogue with @emschwartz on gitter, if this suggestion related to an anticipated "quantum" world, or some other rationale?
