• When any Guardian goes from "green" to "orange" (not checked in for 12 hours) send a warning message in Slack
• When any Guardian goes from "orange" to "red" (not checked in for 3 days) send an fatal message in Slack
• Message should contain: project, guardian name, link to GM

1. Establish a way of determining & sharing the impact and reliability of the Guardian platform over time so that we can make more informed technical, field and business decisions
   • Calculate the average Guardian life expectancy and report to all RFCx
   • Standardise a Definition of what is a Guardian in ‘Poor Health’
   • Automate the detection of poor Guardian health and send an alert within 24 hours
