Add a completed CNN job for local development #561

This is related to rfcx/arbimon#1601

The goal of this issue is to create seed data for the CNN workflow so arbimon developers can test parts of the UI without having to connect to staging.

Mainly this issue is going to tackle the seed file for core-api.
