feat: get classifiers must respect sort and fields query params (#575) #578

(use na when API docs (Release notes, etc) do not need to be updated)

📝 Summary

Now the GET /classifier

by default filters classifiers by name ascending and by version descending, so the sorting by default looks like this:
```
aeroplane:v5
aeroplane:v3
chainsaw:v4
chainsaw:v2
vehicle:v3
vehicle:v1
```
by default fileds extracted from the classifier are: id, name and version.
but you can select what filelds you want
