1. open sketch up in long period

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
hang and log out from sketch up

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
sketch pro 7 and pro 8, AMD Phantom(tm) II X2 processor 3.10 GHz
4 gb, 62 bit orerating system
