Locks up at startup #81

When I started Sketchup 8 with SketchyPhysics 3, it opened up (and loaded up 
waybe extension), then it went into this state where it just did not do 
anything. It did not seem locked up because when I clicked on it, it did not do 
anything. 
PS: the toolbars that I use are not there (just the beginner toolbar is there)
