sketchyphysics installer says (windows) lable says 3.2 but right-click properties says it is 3.1: it won't work. #91

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. all steps - the label says 3.2, but installs as 3.1 and can't use 3.2 
functions. Open zip file, right click > properties and it says 3.1  No matter 
where I download it from, same thing. Evidently many others have the same 
problem.
