Helpful Count Issue #55

Description

For some of the questions loaded by the infinite scroll, if you click yes (for the first time) to increase the helpful count, the increased count doesn't appear.

To Reproduce

Load more questions by scrolling. Click helpful yes link - count will not increase.

Remember to use helpful labels and milestones.
