INSPECT PLAYER WORKS ONCE, THEN STOPS (September 2023)

Please, provide a clear description what the bug is: When I go to a new area I am able to 'inspect player' as normal exactly once. After that, if I want to inspect someone else the box shows up but the character that I wanted to inspect does not appear within it. Usually works once (and just once) again when I load a new area.

Steps to reproduce the behavior with as much detail as possible:

1. Right click a player
2. Select Inspect player from the drop down menu
3. The window that pops up should show the equipment of that player and an animation of their character.
4. Close the window
5. Select inspect player again
6. The animation doesn't show up anymore until you load into a new area

Expected behavior. Describe how it should work: Animations should show within the inspect player window regardless of how many times I have selected it within a zone.
