Please, provide a clear description what the bug is:
Everyone is getting this system message right now.
It happens when another player ( who is non-authorized non-unlocked ) tries to go up VIP elevator and you're within same proximity.
Steps to reproduce the behavior with as much detail as possible:
Acquire a VIP Wristband on your character
Stay near an access elevator
System message should pop up anytime a player without authorization tries to use the elevator.

The system message shouldn't display so frequently and only to the person who tried to enter the elevator unauthorized.
