Please, provide a clear description what the bug is: G.A.M.E. Security and G.A.M.E. Pit Boss jackets have black arms for female characters.

Steps to reproduce the behavior with as much detail as possible:

1. Acquire the Game Pit Boss Jacket from GS3
2. Equip it on a female character
