fix station id #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. put mat021, which is recognized by wunderground, as valid station
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
valid station info. invalid station

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.6.1

Please provide any additional information below.
has not been working for a few days. don't know what is causing it.

This is not a gadget issue, it's a Wunderground issue. Gadget uses Wunderground 
data feed (http://wiki.wunderground.com/index.php/API_-_XML#WXCurrentObXML) I 
think today teh've changed something because I also have random errors with 
other PWS. Please contact wunderground.
