This will be consistent with the approach in the Monte Carlo, and require updating the regression tests. This will not impact any results that arose from running a Monte Carlo Simulation.
@bryanparthum just a note that I noticed this while working with GIVE for another paper, it does not impact any published results of course as it's only the deterministic case that we use for quick tests but not final results
I will also update validation files for regression testing, which has been built in for those working with the model moving forward
