The splatmap, comb, and ovl textures aren't loading on current custom maps since they aren't renaming the subtextures in the cvbm_pcs (there isn't a tool for renaming subtextures yet). Modify NF so it just finds the correctly named cvbm_pc and uses the first texture in them.
