Snapping feature

• Option to automatically offset distances between objects when cloned and moved, additionally add a hotkey to snap objects together when moving them

I'm not sure how this feature would be implemented exactly so I'm making a note of some offsets I've figured out manually just in case, could maybe just add this feature for things that really require it like fences, pipes, mine beacons etc to start with

• mp_beacon_sml_a.cchk_pc: +/- 2.6 or 5 offset on X or Z axis works well
• 0103pipe_acid_a.rfgchunk_pc: +/- 11.972 offset on X or Z axis
• mp_high_walls_dust.cchk_pc: +/- 7.999 offset on X or Z axis
• 0101wall_conc_A.rfgchunk_pc +/- 4.4 offset on X or Z axis
• 0101wall_conc_A.rfgchunk_pc (UID: 2447663915) +/- 4.7 offset on X or Z axis
