Make game always generate a .dmp without having to press yes to the send message

Currently the game doesn't create a
.dmp
file unless you press yes when it crashes and asks you to upload it to THQN, it's annoying because if you're in exclusive fullscreen it's hard to press sometimes. The game should always generate them.
