As of 2021-11-28, playing Axiom Verge 1.53 (Steam, Epic), or Axiom Verge 1.51 (Epic) misses sound effects. Music plays however.

Possible libFAudio version incompatibility?

Also no sound effects with version 1.47 (from Epic)
