Add ability to change contrast to output images.

Kim, I'm not sure what this means anymore. is this how the image is displayed? mask is displayed? can you refresh my memory? maybe we fixed this already?

If I remember, we discussed the option of users selecting the color scheme (e.g. 'jet' or 'YlOrRd') they prefer to display the mask image. This may be what the issue refers to.
