Describe the bug The prefix box, get filt ratio, build psf does not appear on startup

need to set min size for this box so it doesn't disappear.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

fixed this. I screwed something up when trying to make the gui smaller. I went back to v5 and then got rid of the slider bars again.

There is a way to. scale the main window I could try this when running on linux.
