Describe the bug https://facultyweb.siena.edu/~rfinn/virgo/cutouts/VFID0603-NGC5981/VFID0603-NGC5981.html

this galaxy was observed at INT in may of 2019, but telescope says WIYN and instrument is MOSAIC.

Also, there were two runs in 2019, to naming the pointing is not sufficient. should also include the date of observation.
