create program run1galfit.py

• This will be run from a top level directory that contains one subdirectory for each galaxy
• the program needs to:
  • takes folder as input
  • cd into folder
  • glob for input file, psf,
  • run galfit without psf
  • galfit input_file_name
  • generate new input file based on results from no psf
  • call program that generate png file of galaxy, model, residual for each
