clarify the accuracy section in the imprecision journal paper #16

This is just a proposal, but this might be a great exercise for you @Niklewa to try to address these issues by modifying the section, and then we can go over the modifications together, preferably do this in a separate PR. Here are Marcello's revelant comments:

    • The structure of the section is not completely clear to me, a bit more signposting would help, need to discuss
    • The last paragraph of the section should come a bit earlier, probably before the example
    • There is a lot of formal stuff here (needed), but adding intuitive explanations here and there will help the reader
