I have been trying to use dynamic time warping to analyse my data. I have annotated the elements and syllables using the brush in the spectrogram. However, everytime I try to use the dynamic time warping analysis I don't get any data out of it but the software seems to be stuck in loading mode forever. I have tried using settings that a colleague has used before
(see picture below) and also tried changing the settings multiple times but it keeps giving me the same results.
I have also tried using Luscinia on different versions of Windows and Mac. I'm using Windows 11 with the latest version of Java on my own PC. Does anybody know if I need to change certain settings (in Luscinia or Windows) or how to fix this? Thanks!
