DSSIM integration #43

This is mostly @pornel's work on integrating DSSIM into imgmin per https://github.com/rflynn/imgmin/issues/30 I just fixed some build trouble I had with it. After kicking the tires a little, it seems to be working.

Since the release comments made it sound like I did some meaningful work on this, I just want to emphasize: This is all @pornel's work. I just banged on it a little to get it to build and PRed it :)

Yup, I know dssim is all @pornel, but integration counts! :+1:
