Fix graph not showing data #120

It's #119 but in a proper way.

Fix #116 & fix #117.

Here is what I get now:

Using $__interval is wrong, you should keep $__rate_interval. What you have is a misconfigured minimum interval in your Grafana.

As explained here: https://github.com/rfmoz/grafana-dashboards/issues/137#issuecomment-1622406381 it seems possible to fix with config.
