allow to quickly switch between common units #125

Hey.

For a number of panels it would IMO be nice if there was a global option where one can select the unit that is used by the panels.

E.g. for anything network throughput related, whether it's Bytes/s or Bits/s. For anything storage throughput related whether it's to the base 1000 or 1024.
