Fix datasource selection #150

Hey.

This should fix #51 and #139. But beware that I'm a total Grafana dashboard noob. ^^

In my tests however it seems to be working, and even the Host: field is updated depending on the chosen datasource.

But better try and verify before merging.

Oh and see als https://github.com/rfmoz/grafana-dashboards/issues/51#issuecomment-1828960572 ... with the thing about the 00000001 UIDs.
