Add Support for contenteditable #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a div with contenteditable e.d <div id="test" 
contenteditable="true>test</div>
2. apply $('#test').inputlimiter();

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
'N' characters remaining
