Could we get a button to easily download the data within the readme? #753

I'm sharing the link of datasets here to some folks that are not R users, but are interested in data science more generally. The data curated here is tremendous, but navigating to the raw data files is not straightforward for general users who will not be running the R scripts to grab the data for themselves!

With the current setup, this would be surprisingly tricky. However, we hope to reformat things soonish, and this will definitely be covered during that transition. I can't promise it right away, but it's something we're working on!
