Update the MsBackendCompDb #78

Modify/update the MsBackendCompDb based on the MsBackendMassbankSql backend. Add also compound annotations as spectraVariables.

MsBackendCompDb inherits now from Spectra::MsBackendCached which allows also change spectra variables temporarily.
