Dear @stanstrup and @jmbadia , I've moved the CompoundDb package from EuracBiomedicalResearch to RforMassSpectrometry. That way it is among all the other fellow R packages that can be used for metabolomics annotation. Please don't forget to update the URL to the new repo in your local repository copies.
