As discussed in PR #85 we could also have filterMatched function that allows to filter a Matched removing or keeping certain matches (i.e. entries in the @matches slot).
While there are already some filters implemented maybe additional ones to implement would be:
ScoreThresholdParam: keep matches that are above or blow a user-provided threshold. Maybe with parameters threshold (the threshold) and above (a logical(1) whether scores need to be > or < the threshold.
