Add vignette and rename MsqlBackend to MsBackendSql #5

@lgatto , @sgibb , maybe you want to have a look at the vignette. The backend performs pretty good. I would then merge and also submit to Bioconductor (after the release 3.16).

Thanks @lgatto - I'll first wait until the GHA tests are fixed/settled and then merge. I'm also running some additional performance tests locally with our data set of ~ 17,000 mzML files.
