Here is the addition for MetaboLights Import support.
Check out the interactive menu for the assay selection ! I think I like it aha, but I can also easily replace it by an extra param if that is more "accepted".
I think the documentation will be updated when the MetaboLightsBackend is available..
Let's see we can discuss how we combine them when that happens.
I don't really know how to deal with allll the columns that the IsaTab files have, I think they are mostly useless but I don't think it's our job to determine what to keep and what not to keep.. So i just removed the ones that only had NAs for now.
