Here is the whole code !

Some little thing:

for now it only works if the branch jomain of the xcms repo is installed. should be fixed soon hopefully.
the documentation needs to be refined because for no there is no info rendered on the exact files saved for each object. I would probably add it to the PlainTextParam documentation.

Unrelated but so i don't forget: next I will work on the mztabm export/import of the xcmsExperiment object. for this we will also need review from Steffen :)

@jorainer the last push had big documentation updates + added the sampleDataLinks things. tell me what you think :)
