QFeatures API #214

Following up from #213, we need to prepare an API vignette describing the package API, API changes between versions, some common/recurring arguments, and think of API unit tests.

I started grouping functions and methods in different categories in the reference pages. It's only a quick start for get the discussion going to the API vignette.
