Add MetaboCoreUtils package #11

Add a paragraph and link to the MetaboCoreUtils package.

I would suggest that you replace unimod (that isn't being developed anyway at this stage) with the new package. That way, it will be right under MsCoreUtils, which is good as they serve very similar goals.
