Document external contributions SOP, requirements for contributor/co-athor status.

I would call the following contributions as substantial:

new functionality that goes beyond e.g. a simple plot function
bug fix combined with related unit test
extended documentation, examples or vignette describing a complete (potentially alternative) analysis workflow

What is not a substantial contribution per-se:

Fine. I think that is very clear. For some more technical details: e.g. how to code, how to make a PR, we could maybe use the following for inspiration:
