Set up domain #37

I've set up the website to deploy Netlify. The URL right now is https://apifoodmap.netlify.app/

We'll need to come up with a custom domain later (need to talk with the client to do so).

Just FYI @katiejolly and @grahamammal, the site is up!

The client wrote this:

the map looks terrific and I am SO EXCITED we are LIVE!

There are a few small things that have come up from the client. I'll add issues on those right now.
