Added Scheduling Queueing Command

A command to schedule connecting to the server after a given amount of time, threw this together for myself so the descriptions might be a bit lackluster. schedule <Hms>

There's already a module and command for scheduling connects. See help activeHours.

I think it covers this use case already?
