Run in Windows without bootstrap (through legendary) #49

legendary.exe launch 9c203b6ed35846e8a4a9ff1e314f6593 --override-exe MinEdLauncher.exe /autorun /edh /autoquit No need to replace EDLaunch.exe

Also release v0.5.4 works just fine with Win7 x64 as long as .NET Core Runtime 6.0 is installed
