Make cache directory configurable on Windows #97

Describe the bug/error I don't have enough free space on :C for the entire game, but the launcher has no option to change cache location. Would it be possible to add option to set location of download in progress?

Yeah, that would be a good feature to have.

As a temporary workaround, you can use a symlink/junction.

mklink /J C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\min-ed-launcher\cache D:\gamefiles\min-ed-launcher-cache
