Emit end event when serial port 'ends' (device is removed from USB port) #33

I made this change to make it more resilient to USB cable being pulled in and out.

You are welcome :-) Thanks to you for writing this module in the first place. And thanks to you I don't have to remember to switch the lights on and off at night. I have been running this version on my system for months and thought I should probably offer this tweak back to you. Regards
