Adding GitHub actions to build software on pull requests #10
This PR includes automatic building of the software upon creation/modification of pull requests. This is accomplished with GitHub actions. The following targets are currently supported (all x64):
Ubuntu 16.04, 18.04, 20.04,
CentOS 7,
MacOS 10.15,
Windows Server 2019.
Other related changes:
The windows build script to download CMake and Ninja and not rely on system versions,
In example_build_script_2, the XREG_INSTALL_DIR variable may be overridden with an environment variable.
