NGPC, Wonderswan and Wonderswan Color don't appear in the system selector #23

What happened?

Case 1: Neo Geo Pocket Color - games are visible in Dingux Commander. RetroArch sees these too and can play them via manually navigating to the ROM location and selecting appropaite core. In SimpleMenu, there is no NGPC section though. Cases 2 and 3: Wonderswans - this one is very weird. Games for both systems ARE visible in Dingux Commander, and on PC, but RetroArch doesnt see those for some reason. Also, they dont appear as a separate system secton in SimpleMenu.

ROMs are not zipped.

Wonderswan is not properly defined and the core is missing. Please follow this issue: #25

For NGPC, the configuration needs to be updated. Koriki uses a single theme for NGP/NGPC. system/.simplemenu/section_groups/handhelds.ini needs to be updated like this:
