Bluetooth Audio Support #113

This is a game changer feature. I hope this will be implemented in the near future. I've test bluetooth audio in drastic in a different OS/setup. It was a whole new experience. I dont know if retroarch is capable of bluetooth or es.

I tested adding bluetooth headphones using the manual pair feature, they dont seem to connect. It doesnt show up as an option in the audio output options either. Likely can work with some tweaking.
