Issues with standalone emulators

Several standalone emulators are not working on v0.3:

[x] Lexaoffle pico8: Keys not currently working. Needs a custom script to start
[x] OpenBOR: not starting since it's not compiled against the right libraries. Requires some makefile patches
[x] flycast: not compiling at this time
[ ] ppsspp: Compiled but has some initialization issues, probably to missing ppsspp folder(s)
[ ] mupen64plus: not compiling at this point
[ ] devilutionx: make compilation issues (wrong SDL2 path)
[ ] Daphne/hypseus: working but controls require mapping
